If you would like us to keep you up to date with this weekly page (that is, send you the outline of Kids Church activities each two months), simply click on the above link, fill out the form telling us something about your ministry and we will add you to our regular Email list of "Kids Church" activities. This is now on hold for the present moment

Sadly there is limited time for this ministry to be produced for the web.
With the key person moving away it means this section will be on hold.

We are hoping we can resume this web ministry Late February 2009.

JANUARY 25 - Mark 1: 14-20, Jesus calls 4 fishermen –This is also the day before Australia Day so could have this theme added.

1. Place a double sheet of newspaper inside the pillowcase (to prevent the drawing going through to the back). Smooth out the pillowcase and tape it to a table. 2. Decorate the pillowcase with the felt markers or fabric paint. 3. Print a phrase on the pillowcase (e.g. "God is always with me"). 4. If using fabric paint, let this dry overnight before sleeping on it.

2009 SEMINARS ON FAMILY & OUTREACH MINISTRY
Interested in having a workshop/seminar to develop....
* An effective "Kid's Church" and "Families" ministry in your church
* Looking at innovative outreach ways of growing your church
   in your area in 2009?

Or looking at:

1. Why we have problems attracting people to our church?
2. What are some of the innovative things we could be doing?
3. How can we be seen as relevant in the community where we minister?
4. How do we keep people once they start coming?

Then send an Email to "GrassRoots" asking for more information

Bookings for 2009 are now being accepted from after Easter. Other pre-Easter dates have been booked out.

This could be organised at your church, with other churches in your area or in your region.

Seminar costs are not expensive - Certainly worth exploring further.
